The BTL-B Y-Wing Bomber was a heavy assault starfighter used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. Unlike later stripped-down variants, the BTL-B carried full armor plating and was crewed by both a pilot and a gunner, giving it strong protection and coordinated firepower. Rugged, reliable, and heavily armed, it served as the Republic’s primary bomber, flying close-support missions alongside Jedi and Clone squadrons across the galaxy.
