1) No Refunds for Digital Products: 

Due to the immediate delivery of digital files, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed for digital products. All sales of digital files are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase, as we are unable to process refunds for digital products once the transaction is complete.

 

2) Refunds for Physical Building Kits: 

Refunds for physical building kits are only applicable under specific circumstances. If the order for a physical kit has not been processed or shipped, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. In the event that the order has been shipped but not delivered due to a logistics error, we will either provide a replacement kit or issue a full refund, depending on the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your order has not been delivered, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds or replacements will not be processed for kits that have been delivered successfully.

 

3) Order Confirmation and Processing:

Upon successful completion of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For digital products, you will also receive a download link to your purchased files immediately. Please review your order carefully, as cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order has been processed.

 

4) Assistance and Support:

If you encounter any issues with your digital files or experience difficulties downloading them, please contact our customer support team at brickbosscontact@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist you and resolve the issue promptly. 

 

5) Exceptions:

In rare instances where technical issues prevent you from accessing your digital files or if there is a logistical error concerning physical orders, we will investigate the issue. If a problem is confirmed on our end, we will consider providing a refund or an alternative resolution on a case-by-case basis.

 

6) Changes to Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on this page.
