1. Production and Processing Time:

Once an order is received, we begin the production of the kit. The standard production time is 3-5 days; however, this may vary depending on the season. During peak seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas, production times may increase to 5-7 days due to higher order volumes and extended production times from our suppliers. For off-peak seasons, production is generally completed within 1-3 days, and once the kits are ready, they undergo quality inspection before shipment. If all parts are available, the kit will be shipped out; if any parts are missing, we will wait for the supplier to replenish them, which may delay the shipment. In cases where we already have a set in stock, we can ship it out immediately upon receiving your order.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

After production and quality inspection, we use reliable third-party logistics partners to ship out your order. Our default shipping method is via YunExpress, which typically delivers orders within 15 days. However, please note that the delivery time may vary due to factors such as customs procedures, weather conditions, and transportation methods.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Due to recent policy changes, increased fees, and higher shipping rates, all shipping information will be continuously updated to reflect the latest administrative and customer fees. We appreciate your understanding, as these costs are unavoidable. Since all orders are shipped from Hong Kong, even with the most affordable shipping options, we are significantly impacted by entry fees.

 

3. Shipping Destinations:

We offer international shipping and can deliver to most countries worldwide. Our shipping partners enable us to efficiently serve customers across many regions. If you are located in a specific area and want to confirm whether we can deliver to you, feel free to contact us.

 

4. Incomplete Kits or Missing Parts:

If you receive an incomplete kit or if any parts are missing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We offer free replacement parts to ensure your kit is complete. If any parts are unavailable, we will notify you of the situation and arrange for replacements as soon as possible.

 

5. Damaged Goods During Shipping:

While we make every effort to ensure that your products arrive safely, if your order is damaged during shipping, please inform us right away. We will evaluate the situation and either send you replacement parts or, if necessary, send a completely new product to replace the damaged one. Your satisfaction and experience are our top priority.

 

6. Order Tracking and Updates:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of your shipment. You can use the 17track platform to track your order and receive updates on its location.

 

8. International Delivery & Customs:

All international shipments may be subject to customs inspection and clearance in the destination country. Please note that any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges incurred upon arrival at your country's customs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures.

 

9. Changes to Shipping Policies:
