19) Order Cancellations for DIGITAL FILES: Due to the nature of digital transactions, all sales of digital files are final. We do not offer refunds once the order is placed, as the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the purchase.
20) Order Cancellations for PHYSICAL BUILDING KITS: Orders for physical building kits can only be cancelled if the product has not yet been processed or shipped. If the product is already in transit, cancellations are not possible. However, if your order is lost or there is a logistical error that prevents the order from arriving, we will contact you and offer a refund or replacement.
21) Shipping rates - custom fees: Due to recent policy changes, increased fees, and higher shipping rates, all shipping information will be continuously updated to reflect the latest administrative and customer fees. We appreciate your understanding, as these costs are unavoidable. Since all orders are shipped from Hong Kong, even with the most affordable shipping options, we are significantly impacted by entry fees.
