The hyperspace transport ring was a device that provided hyperspace travel capabilities to starfighters with no on-board hyperdrive, such as the Delta-7B Aethersprite-class light interceptor and the V-19 Torrent starfighter. The Syliure-31 hyperspace docking ring was one such transport ring.
